In conjunction with the Vietnam Rubber Association (VRA) Dinner 2018 that was held on 7th December 2018, the ASEAN Rubber Business Council (ARBC) had organized the 24th Meeting of the Technical Committee on Contract Matters (TCCM) at Tan Son Nhat Saigon Hotel, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on 8th December 2018. Among the important matters discussed in the meeting were international rubber trade contracts, the current market conditions, issues on international rubber trade as well as the administrative matters of the council.
Hosted by VRA, the meeting was attended by representatives from association members of ARBC such as Thai Rubber Association (TRA), Rubber Association of Indonesia (GAPKINDO), Rubber Trade Association of Singapore (RTAS), Malaysian Rubber Exchange (MRE)/Federation of the Rubber Trade Association of Malaysia (FRTAM), the Association for Rubber Development of Cambodia (ARDC) and Vietnam Rubber Association (VRA). MRE which is a Unit under Malaysian Rubber Board (MRB) is a permanent secretariat for ARBC.
