In conjunction with the Rubber Trade Association of Singapore (RTAS) Dinner that was held on February 10th, 2017, the ASEAN Rubber Business Council (ARBC) had organized the 17th Meeting of the Technical Committee on Contract Matters (TCCM) of the ARBC at Fairmont Singapore Hotel, Raffles City Convention Centre, on February 11th, 2017.
Hosted by RTAS, the meeting was attended by representatives from association members of ARBC such as The Association for Rubber Development of Cambodia (ARDC), Rubber Association of Indonesia (GAPKINDO), Malaysian Rubber Exchange (MRE)/Federation of the Rubber Trade Associations of Malaysia (FRTAM), Thai Rubber Association (TRA), Vietnam Rubber Association (VRA) and RTAS. MRE is a permanent secretariat to the ARBC.
The meeting also shared the information on the impacts of the policies by U.S President, Donald Trump to the global market as well as prospects of the NR market in 2017.
