In conjunction with the Vietnam Rubber Association (VRA) Dinner that was held on December 9th, 2016 at White Palace Convention Centre, the ASEAN Rubber Business Council (ARBC) had organized two meetings: Sharing Information on NR Price Outlook For Early 2017 and 16th Meeting of the Technical Committee on Contract Matters (TCCM) at Tan Son Nhat Hotel, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on December 10th, 2016.
Both meetings were attended by representatives from other association members of ARBC such as Vietnam Rubber Association (VRA), Rubber Association of Indonesia (GAPKINDO), Thai Rubber Association (TRA), Rubber Trade Association of Singapore (RTAS) and Malaysian Rubber Exchange (MRE)/Federation of the Rubber Trade Associations of Malaysia (FRTAM).
In conjunction with the meetings, a brief ceremony for the handover of the ARBC chairmanship for the term 2017-2020 from MRE to TRA was held. MRE/FRTAM held the post of Chairman of the ASEAN Rubber Business Council (ARBC) for the term 2015 – 2016.
