In conjunction with the Thai Rubber Association (TRA) Annual Dinner 2019 that was held on 3 May 2019, the ASEAN Rubber Business Council (ARBC) had organized two meetings:  25th Assembly of the ARBC and the 25th Meeting of the Technical Committee on Contract Matters (TCCM) at Centara Grand Central World, Bangkok, Thailand on 4 May 2019. Among matters deliberated in the both meetings were international rubber trade contracts, statistics of natural rubber (NR), matters pertaining to international rubber trade as well as the administrative matters of the council.

Hosted by TRA, the meeting was attended by representatives from association members of ARBC such as Thai Rubber Association (TRA), Rubber Association of Indonesia (GAPKINDO), Rubber Trade Association of Singapore (RTAS), Malaysian Rubber Exchange (MRE)/Federation of the Rubber Trade Association of Malaysia (FRTAM), Vietnam Rubber Association (VRA) and the Association for Rubber Development of Cambodia (ARDC). MRE which is a Unit under Malaysian Rubber Board (MRB) is a permanent secretariat for ARBC.

In conjunction with the Vietnam Rubber Association (VRA) Dinner 2018 that was held on 7th December 2018, the ASEAN Rubber Business Council (ARBC) had organized the 24th Meeting of the Technical Committee on Contract Matters (TCCM) at Tan Son Nhat Saigon Hotel, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on 8th December 2018. Among the important matters discussed in the meeting were international rubber trade contracts, the current market conditions, issues on international rubber trade as well as the administrative matters of the council.

Hosted by VRA, the meeting was attended by representatives from association members of ARBC such as Thai Rubber Association (TRA), Rubber Association of Indonesia (GAPKINDO), Rubber Trade Association of Singapore (RTAS), Malaysian Rubber Exchange (MRE)/Federation of the Rubber Trade Association of Malaysia (FRTAM), the Association for Rubber Development of Cambodia (ARDC) and Vietnam Rubber Association (VRA). In conjunction with the Malaysian Rubber Exchange (MRE) Annual Dinner 2018 that was held on 5th October 2018, the ASEAN Rubber Business Council (ARBC) had organized two meetings: 21st Meeting of the Economic and Statistics Committee (ESC) and 23rd Meeting of the Technical Committee on Contract Matters (TCCM) at Hotel Istana Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Kuala Lumpur on 6th October 2018.

In conjunction with the Rubber Association of Indonesia (GAPKINDO) Gala Dinner that was held on 3rd August 2018, the ASEAN Rubber Business Council (ARBC) had organized two meetings: 24th Assembly of the ARBC and the 22nd Meeting of the Technical Committee on Contract Matters (TCCM) at Grand Hyatt Hotel, Nusa Dua, Bali, Indonesia on 4th August 2018.
